AWS ran the infrastructure and all the ‘ABC Packages’ (package) that Bangalore is divided into, till The Voice of Stray Dogs started unearthing the horrible conditions of the AWS ABC program which led to it being disqualified and a court order issued. To our great surprise AWS facility remained operational and BBMP was quick to point out that this was actually not AWS but Dr Srinivasalu who was awarded Package 10. No-one in Bangalore, those working in animal welfare included, ever knew that. This is the context of a 2 seperate investigations brought to you earlier.
On 24th December we investigated where is Dr Srinivasalu catching the dogs from – which he should be doing in Package 10. Package 10 (see approximate Google Map of Package 10) is defined as BBMP Wards

But guess where AWS/ Dr Srinisalu is picking up dogs from? From around the Bangalore International Airport. From small villages that have not had a dog bite and which are under Grampanchayat administration not under BBMP at all. These areas are ~35-50KM away from where AWS is! And these dogs are not dropped back.
Now the BBMP supported AWOs are adding dogs to Bangalore!
