The Feral Dogs of KGA – these dogs live in a jungle like environment near the Karnataka Golf Association – Golf Course. They are true feral dogs – not easy to find in the urban environment. Extremely shy and nervous, they don’t associate with humans at all, will not approach a person and none of them would wag their tails (other than 2 pups who’ve now been conditioned). Part II – BBMP and SDFB have always colluded. In 2007 Bangalore Municipal Corporation started an illegal Dog Cull. On a live CNN-IBN interview in early 2007  a shameless BBMP and Stray Dog Free Bangalore (SDFB) sing the same tune. The BBMP’s white lie of putting together any sort of effective ABC program was apparent in 2007. 4 years they moved the Supreme Court that ABC does not work at all. BBMP (Municipal Corporation of Greater Bangalore) has impleaded itself in the Supreme Court litigation against the Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI) and in support of the the respondent People for Elimination of Stray Troubles (PEST) in the Special Leave Petition (Civil) No 691/ 2009 to ask for CULLING OF STRAY DOGS – something that they successfully and illegally resorted to in 2007.
